Working with JA!COCO! we were contracted to complete the new Cask & Vine bar at the Cannongate on the Royal Mile in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town.

We were appointed main contractor for the fit out and there were many factors we had to consider for this project, especially with it being a listed property. The client wanted to transform the space into a warm and cosy place for customers to enjoy a wide range of whiskies and small plates.

There was also the request to incorporate a display into the build so that customers could purchase a whisky of their choice after sampling. We used solid oak, veneers and clever lighting to create the desired effect.

The vine details were completed using our in house CNC machinery. We created a bespoke gantry ladder to complete the back gantry works and introduced a vaulted ceiling to really set this business apart.

We were able to manufacture and install this project on time and within budget and the client loves their new space.
