Working with JA!COCO! we were contracted to complete the new Cask & Vine bar at the Cannongate on the Royal Mile in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town.

We were tasked with completing this project on a tight deadline which meant that having a well thought out plan and project management. This project includes a number of bespoke fabrication items including the bar, back gantry, seating and wall display. These have all be hand crafted using sold oak, wood veneers and French polished to finish. 

The vine details were completed using our in house cnc machinery. We created a bespoke gantry ladder to complete the back gantry works and introduced a bolted ceiling to really set this property apart.
